MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL ‘ORDER PROCESSING’, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out.
Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and includes the time it takes for us to package your order.
You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services. 

HOW CAN I FIND YOUR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION?

Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you have entered the delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services.
Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

IMPORTANT! If you select shipping method without tracking number, our shop as well as the transport company is not responsible for lost / stolen / damaged packages. The buyer evaluates the risks when choosing the delivery method without tracking number and places the responsibility for the loss / theft / damage to the packages sent without tracking number.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated depending on the weight of the parcel, the chosen transport company of the country of destination of the goods.

Courier delivery to the address!
After dispatch from the warehouse and customs clearance delivered by parcel services like DHL, TNT, EMS.
You get a message (after customs clearance) with tracking number and a convenient time for delivery. Usually delivery is carried out from 9 to 18 on weekdays.
If you are not at the address during delivery, the courier will leave a card with details on how you can pick up your order or choose a new delivery time.

MY ORDER STILL NOT DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has not arrived before the expected date of delivery, we happy to help. Before you contact us, try:
Check by using the reference tracking is included in your email shipping confirmation, where exactly is your package (if possible tracking for your order).
Go to My personal account to check that we have the correct delivery address of your order, as well as to make sure that your contact information is still current.
To check that you haven't missed an e-mail message, sms message or notice indicating the attempted delivery from one of our carriers. It is possible that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office or delivery depot, or maybe you need to arrange re-delivery.
Asking neighbors to confirm that they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you still cannot find your parcel, please contact us using the contact form to the right of the question and insert your order number. You can also contact us by e-mail. We will reply you within 12 hours and will do our best to locate your parcel. If we fail to do so, we will refund your money for the purchase (no refund is available if buyer chose free economy shipping).
Our answer may take some time, but we will do our best to as soon as possible to resolve your problem. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you order something for free economy international shipping, it is likely untraceable service. This means that we do not have a tracking number, the shipping number, the number of departure or code that we could provide to you to help determine the location of the parcel. 
You can check if the order is sent with tracking, if you go into your account and look at your recent orders.
If the status of your order says "Track this order", then when you click the link you will be taken to the page of the courier. If the status shows "Shipped" then your order should be delivered to your local postal service tracked the parcel.
In this case, we suggest that you contact your local post office to see if the parcel to your address.
Usually the order comes to the expected delivery date indicated in your letter of confirmation of the order. If they are late, we suggest you contact your local post office. 
IMPORTANT! If you select the shipping method without a tracking number, our store, and transport the company shall not be responsible for any loss/theft/damage of the parcel. The purchaser shall evaluate all the risks when choosing a shipping method without a tracking number and puts the responsibility for the loss/theft/damage to the package sent without a tracking number. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES?

If you have not exceeded the limit on the receipt of international postal items, the customs duty you pay.
To get the latest information about the monthly limits, fees and rules of customs clearance, please contact the relevant customs Department in your country.
Also worth considering that the customs control during the inspection of the packages takes into account the cost of the order before discount.
I also want to warn that customs may ask you to pay the service charge or taxes when the order will pass the customs clearance.
